Government Has No Receipts for Thousands of Unaccompanied Alien Children

Government records show a discrepancy in apprehensions and court receipts.

From National Review Online, By Ryan Lovelace, 8/8/14 –

The Department of Justice does not have receipts for more than half of the unaccompanied alien children apprehended at the southwest border by Border Patrol since the start of fiscal year 2013, government records show.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection data show more than 85,000 total apprehensions of unaccompanied alien children during fiscal year 2013 and fiscal year 2014 through June. Information from the same time period provided to National Review Online by the DOJ’s Executive Office for Immigration Review shows 41,592 total receipts marked as juvenile in immigration courts. Kathryn Mattingly, spokesperson for EOIR, tells NRO the receipts refer to new Notices to Appear (NTA) — the document the Department of Homeland Security uses to charge an illegal immigrant with being removable from the United States.

Dept. Of Justice To Monitor Tuesday’s Nebraska Elections For Civil Rights Violations

From The DailyCaller, by Patrick Howley, 05/13/14 –
Eric Holder

Eric Holder

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced Monday that it will “monitor” polling places in two Nebraska counties during Tuesday Republican primaries for possible civil rights violations.

Attorney General Eric Holder’s DOJ will assign monitors to patrol polling places and will send representatives from its embattled civil rights division to enforce civil rights laws.

Former Bush administration official Ben Sasse and former State Treasurer Shane Osborn are vying Tuesday in Nebraska’s Republican U.S. Senate primary. Omaha banker Sid Disndale is gaining in the three-way race, despite conservative criticism that he would “give Barack Obama a blank check.” Primary elections are also being held in Nebraska Tuesday for the offices of governor, attorney general and state auditor.

Some Things Never Change: More Teamsters Arrested & Charged Under RICO

From RedState, By: LaborUnionReport, September 20th, 2012 – Earlier this week, arrests were made and RICO charges filed against four Boston-area Teamsters for “committing multiple acts of extortion and racketeering among other crimes.” While news of a 30-count indictment always generates a fair amount of buzz, the fact is, regardless how much money the Teamsters spend on Democrat politicians, corruption is still alive and well within Hoffa’s union.

Obama Racialism, Fired Up in Jacksonville

Jacksonville ought to take a cue from Mayor Bloomberg and fight the administration’s suit to the max.

From CFIF.org,  By Quin Hillyer, April 25 2012 – Corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder’s war on white people continues. In its latest installment, the Justice Department on Monday sued the city of Jacksonville, FL, to force the city to jettison the written promotion exams in its fire department. According to Holder and his leading racialist instigator, civil rights division chief Thomas Perez, black people can’t be expected to decipher written questions about firefighting, and it is therefore against the law to ask them to do so.

In today’s Justice Department, the soft bigotry of low expectations has joined with the hard bigotry of seeing whites as racists to create a toxic brew of racial tension. The Jacksonville case follows the atrocious DoJ interference in a similar case in New York City, in which Holder’s team has argued for explicit racial quotas and demanded that black applicants be accepted to the fire academy even if they miss 70 percent of simple test questions.

Leaked DOJ documents reveal ‘No Confidence’ vote for Holder

Jefrey Klein

Examiner.com, by Jeffrey Klein, March 26, 2012 – New facts and information have leaked out lately, causing the foundation of U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s Department of Justice to crumble beneath his feet–especially at ATF and FBI–due to their primary leadership roles in the ill-conceived, negligently executed “Operation Fast and Furious.”

As a reminder, these agencies allowed about 2,000 military assault weapons to be purchased and transported by members of the Mexican drug cartels,

who seem to operate freely on either side of our ‘more secure than its’ ever been’ southern border. Some of these weapons were used to murder border patrol agent Brian Terry, and tens of thousands of Mexicans.
