Planned Parenthood Ignored Instruction to Call 911 in Abortion Death

by Steven Ertelt | Chicago, IL | LifeNews.com | 8/7/12 –

The Planned Parenthood facility that botched an abortion on Tonya Reaves and claimed her life not only failed to call 911, as LifeNews previously reported, but also purposefully ignored instructions to do so.

Operation Rescue has obtained a recording and computer aided dispatch transcript that indicates, on the same day that Tonya Reaves died from hemorrhage caused by a uterine perforation after a second trimester abortion, the Chicago Planned Parenthood that killed her ignored instructions from an emergency dispatcher to directly call 911. Planed Parenthood staff were lectured by emergency personnel to call 911 in the event of an emergency in order to prevent wasting precious time that could adversely affect a patient needing immediate medical attention.

Defending Religious Liberty by Any Means Possible

From National Review OnlineBy Kathryn Jean Lopez, July 27, 2012 At his weekly press briefing on Thursday, John Boehner was asked about the Department of Health and Human Services contraception, sterilization, and abortion-inducing drug mandate that goes into effect August 1. “We’re continuing to work with those groups around the country who believe that their religious liberties are being infringed to try to come to a resolution of this issue,” he said. “Resolving these issues can sometimes best be done other than through legislative avenues. So we’re continuing to work with them on the best way forward.”

What does that mean? Bearing in mind that he’s been concerned about abortion and conscience rights since before the president’s health-care plan was even on paper, I think it means exactly what he said.

Judge protects videos exposing ‘savage’ abortions

Clinics sued over copyright infringement from parodies

From WND.com, by Bob Unruh, June 22, 2012 – Pro-life organizations whose leaders parodied an abortionist’s promotional video that portrayed how “good” and “normal” the procedure was by inserting graphic images of aborted babies have been cleared of copyright infringement claims.

U.S. District Judge James V. Selna has ruled in a case brought by the Northland Family Planning Clinic in Detroit against the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform, The Apologetics Groups and others.

The abortion business had created the video to carry to potential customers “the message … that abortion is not uncommon, and that women are good regardless of how they exercise their reproductive rights.”

What was their crime?

These horrific images show just how far we have drifted as a society in the wrong direction.

If you are ambivalent about the course of action America should pursue to reverse this barbaric trend, try to imagine somewhere in the recesses of your conscience, that you can hear the already aborted 52 million unborn kids crying out in unison – “I want to live!”

Their blood is on our hands because we could have stopped it, but didn’t!

Why were they sentenced to death?

What was their crime?

Stand Up and Speak Up ~

Lenny Leatherman – I find it perplexing that so many people in Parker County will rise up in righteous indignation to protect the life of innocent puppies from slaughter at our animal shelter, but remain strangely silent when it comes to speaking up and fighting to save innocent unborn children from a savage and brutal death by abortion….

I know of no cause worth the fight that is easy. But sometimes it takes little more than resolve and steadfastness to encourage others to follow. We all have excuses. I’m too old, or I don’t have time – bla bla bla.

I believe a good place to start is in our own community, talking about, and thinking about ways to work with other groups who may already be organized and need only ‘foot soldiers’ to take the message forward. Get Church leaders involved. Keep stirring the pot until the public gets sick of the stench!

Chilean Study Proves that Outlawing Abortion Does Not Lead to “Coat-hanger Deaths”

From RedState, by Leon H. Wolf, May 8, 2012 –

For decades, supporters of abortion on demand have insisted on two completely unproven assertions concerning what would happen if abortion were made generally illegal in this country. First, they have asserted, somewhat counter-intuitively and again without any proof, that such a law would not work, and women would continue to get abortions. Second, based on the first unfounded assertion, they insist that therefore women would be forced into “back alley abortions” which would presumably always be performed with a dirty coat-hanger, thus leading to massive maternal mortality. These two pronouncements have been peddled uncritically with all the fervor (and factual backing) of a particularly obnoxious street corner preacher wearing a “THE END IS NEAR” sandwich sign by virtually everyone who supports abortion on demand. Now, for the first time, a scientific study published in a peer-review journal has scientifically disproven both assertions.

Roe v. Wade: A Nullification Issue

by Michael Maharrey

“Abortion is murder.”

“A woman has a right to choose.”

Few issues divide a room, a city or a country faster than abortion.

The abortion issue creates a political and philosophical quagmire, pressing itself into the realm of science and religion, the right to life and of personal sovereignty.

In 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court interjected the federal government into the issue, ruling that a Constitutional right to privacy enforced through the due process clause of the 14th Amendment grants women the right to an abortion. Continue reading →

F.O.C.A. – The Tyrant’s Will

by Art Helms

Speaking at the 2008 Denver Democratic National Convention, Nancy Keenan, president of NARAL Pro-Choice America, said that the party is united in supporting abortion rights, and that the right to abort a pregnancy is one of the party’s “core moral values.” That plank of the ratified platform states: “The Democratic Party strongly and unequivocally supports Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right to choose a safe and legal abortion, regardless of ability to pay.”
