The Pharasee Among Us –

pharisee-1Darwin Yeary commented on Parker County TEA Party May Meeting

The Parker County TEA Party will hold its monthly meeting: WHEN: Thursday, May 8th Meet & Greet, 6:30 – 7:00 Meeting, …

I have been a member of Victory Baptist Church for five years now. I cannot believe the leadership of Victory, to allow such contempt to our American Democracy, such as this far right wing racist and radical group. They should not be allowed to hold “any” voice in any building on Church property. They are not only twisting the meaning of the Constitution to benefit their billionaire supporters, but denying in their meetings ministering or helping the poor.

State Senator Dan Patrick Speaks at Parker County TEA Party Candidate Forum

State Senator Dan Patrick

State Senator Dan Patrick

Parker County TEA Party leader, Dawn King, hosted an event last night in which State Senator Dan Patrick was guest of honor. Those in attendance heard Patrick explain many of the most important issues facing Texans in the years ahead, and steps he proposed to minimize their potentially devastating impact.

Patrick addressed a friendly audience of approximately 100 TEA Party citizens whose support for him appeared to be unanimous. I think it is safe to say Parker County TEA Party members are in ‘lock-step’ with Patrick on virtually every major issue. He stressed his determination to end the inane practice of appointing Democrats to Committee Chair positions in a Republican majority Senate. Following Patrick’s discussion, Dawn King proceeded with a Candidate Forum. Candidates in attendance were given an opportunity to make a brief statement about themselves, their qualifications and the reason for their candidacy.

No Tax Increase in Election Year

County Judge Mark Riley

County Judge Mark Riley

By Rick Perry – Riley’s claim to be so knowledgeable about Transportation issues is a crock, he sits on the NCTCOG transportation group and is their lackey in Parker County to push Agenda 21 policies…that’s why he pushes Light Rail in Parker County.

He allowed the engineering firm that built the loop to tell him where it needed to be built…instead of building it on the I-20 side of town first where the traffic is…they built from 51 to the Mineral Wells Highway…hey guys…the traffic is on I-20 and that side of town.
