
Jackson and his wife, Sandi, have a home in Chicago and another in Washington, D.C. Jackson, who is guilty of looting his campaign fund of $750,000 for personal purchases, will be sentenced next Wednesday, and prosecutors are seeking a four-year prison term for the former Congressman.

According to the report, Jackson has forfeited about $20,000 worth of merchandise so far, including some rock and film memorabilia and a Rolex watch. Prosecutors say they will deduct whatever items Jackson hands over from the amount he owes the government, following a sale by the U.S. Marshals Service. Prosecutors are looking to recoup the $750,000 he stole, as well as an additional $750,000. Jackson’s wife Sandi has pleaded guilty to not reporting $600,000 in income and faces up to 18 months in prison.
