Dear Friends,

It is with great enthusiasm that I announce my candidacy for Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace.  This is the precinct that I have always proudly called home and my desire to serve the community where I grew up has led me to run for this office.  Judge Jayne Choate will not be seeking re-election. I will be seeking the nomination for the office in the Republican primary on March 2nd.

For many people Justice Court may be the only court encountered, and many citizens form their trust in the judicial system at this level, therefore, the judge must be held to and abide by the highest ethical standards.

My commitment is to continue to conduct the office with fairness, integrity, professionalism, just as Judge Choate did during her tenure. I will listen carefully to all issues brought before the court with Integrity, Honesty, Common Sense and Impartiality.

As a conservative, I value family and community and my passion is to serve others. I will work to strengthen accessibility of the court to the public, and the efficiency of court operations.  The Justice Court should be the most accessible court for the citizens of Parker County and when elected I will be available whenever called upon.

A Justice of the Peace can become involved with citizens at some of the most sensitive times of their lives, whether sharing the joy of their marriage, the sadness of losing a loved one or presiding over a criminal or civil matter, the court has the opportunity to be a positive influence on each life.

I believe there is a great honor to the judicial profession and I will strive to serve the public with the greatest possible accuracy and fairness. I would appreciate your support. Thank you for all you do for the Republican Party and the people of Parker County.
