I have no memory that anyone in Congress – Boehner, Issa, Coburn, ??? – has challenged this Presidential Executive Order. Without challenges , Presidents have for decades seemed to make new law with them and get away with it.
Be assured Obama was “vetted” and found lacking, well before the election……..But none of the ” R ” leaders challenged this ? What does that tell you ?
