On 8-15-12, there will be a procession from NAS joint reserve base in Fort Worth, TX taking PO3 Clayton R. Beauchamp to Weatherford, TX.

Clayton is scheduled to arrive at the base at 10:15 am.

The procession is scheduled to leave the base around 10:45 am.

These are the groups that will be the Honor Guard on 8/15/12:

There will be three motorcycle groups [50 to 100]

Riders Brad Culberhouse….Chula Chaser Riders

Eric Peninger……Patriot Riders

Weatherford, Aledo, Willow Park and Hudson Oaks Police and Fire will hand salute the procession as they pass through East Parker County.

Fair Winds and Following Seas

Patriot Guard Riders will stage at the main gate visitor’s center, 0915 hrs. A safety briefing will be held at 0930 hrs. Ride Captain Dan Mathys will coordinate all activites at this staging point. I am requesting that all riders attend this safety briefing as PGR ride guidelines and safety guidelines will be in place for this procession escort.

Following this briefing, base security will escort all riders to the staging point for the arrival of HM2 Beauchamp and his Family. We will stand a Flag line and render honors. Ride Captain Rick Crabb will coordinate all activites at this staging point.

We will then stage the bikes for the procession escort to White’s Funeral Home, Weatherford, TX.

Law Enforcement escort will be provided.
