One of the main examples is the travesty of neglect, when hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans.
Through the last eight years, Republicans did nothing toward regulating Insurance preminums, and policy cancellations, which has devestated America with over 46 Million people uninsured ! Now Republicans are scareing people with Socialism. Their leaders continue their uncaring sprit, fighting Obama’s Public Option Healthcare Program. The Democrats proposal would keep Insurance Companies honest, and promote compitition among them, and Medical Providers.
Europeans scratch their heads, wondering why out of the17 Industiralized World Countries,each with some form of National Health Care, America still languishes in Corporate greed to benefit Insurance Cartels outrageous profits.
With 50 million people in America on food stamps, Government needs to return to caring for it’s people.
